Spend Life Wisely

Do you have your electronic device with you? Let me answer this obvious question for you, yes you do. Everyone has an electronic device in this century, and you probably even reading this words from a laptop, phone or computer monitor. But do you think it would be possible to get rid of all electronic devices?
You wonder why I ask such question if electronic devices are brilliant things and people get benefits from them, such as;
  * An ability of freedom to communicate wherever they want, and wherever they are located.
  * The present time became easier and faster with electronic devices for communication than letters with stamps.
  * The internet become as one book.
  * E.t.c
In spite of that, I see all people around in this century walking like zombies with their phones in hands. Or people who devote their lives to play video games sitting at homes as in jails without fences. Even from young age folks became to know only unrealistic life that exists on the screens of their electronic devices. That’s become inhuman.

But unfortunately, we can’t reject electronics. It's part of our generation. What we could do is to use our electronic devices wisely. People waste too much time on their phones on nothing, rather than learn something, for instant play on guitar, or learn a new language, e.t.c.

There are a lot of things that we do for our entertainments that are useless and not productive for us. While you waiting for your friends that didn't come yet, or when your mom buying some food at the grocery store and you sitting in the car, or you just waiting in a long line, usually you would pool out your phone to kill time by looking at Facebook pages or playing games like Pokemon or other games that are pointless. But instead of doing those things, you can entertain yourself with predictive applications that would help you develop your brain playfully. For example, applications such as Duolingo, Quizlet, Dictionary will help you to learn, remember, and enrich your vocabulary in the most intelligent and fun way. Those kind of apps will kill your time with useful benefits for your future use.

Every time when you are using electronics ask yourself: did you spend your time meaningfully or pointlessly? Did you discover something from it, or not?

I believe that with proper use of electronic devices people would become more educated and would have more time for self-development. What do you think?

Develop your brain gradually. Please respect your lifetime and use it wisely and successfully for yourself, because every second in your life is precious.

“Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.”

Something I haven't done before

For me, winter entertainments are the ones that I like the most because only on winter you can see the beauty and elegance of white robes of snow. Usually during the winter season, I go to snowboarding with my close people that like to see the tremendous and wide spaces of mountains.

Sometimes there is such a blizzard when you are on top of the mount and you could not see a meter in front of you because the wind and snow hit in your face. But sometimes there are calm clear days when the snow sparkles in the sun as the tiny and precious stones.

But unfortunately, on 2016 winter season I didn't go to have fun on mountain slopes. Howsoever, I went to snowboarding on the summer season, which is totally a different feeling than on winter.

Oregon Mt. Hood, Timberline resort,
Bloomy Blue summer
When I drove to the Mt. Hood, Timberline resort I felt very warm and it was really like summer time with amazing yellow flowers around. I was wearing a light t-shirt and my summer hike pants. I came to the lift to upper mountain and hoped in. On my way up, somewhere in the middle, I felt light breeze of winter. And I thought: "Oh, good that I took my hoody with me!" We came up and I jumped down and immediately felt how wet and slippery was the snow. Ok, that's gonna be a tough ride! I clicked my boot in and started riding down the hill. It suddenly became very bumpy and foggy. More than half of it was hard ice or rocks or sand. It was blue diamond run and the upper half of it I felt that it was so hard in the fog on the ice. After more than half of the summer-ice slope, the road became milder for me, as there was no fog and less rocks and stones. I fell down only twice and not so hard, but the first fall was very close to offroad without a chance to come back easy.
I liked it a lot, even though, I had tons of fun and my smile after that day lasted for months.

Art

Songs, books, paintings - those are all pieces of art. Art is what people made, make, and will make it for all of the entire life. Look around, everything that you see was started with a simple draft in a head and it became reality. The draft in the head can be anything because human imagination has no limits.

The draft in a head is usually the start of the creative process. Then, our thoughts engage in an internal monolog: "Try something new!" "Oh, that is so awesome!"  or "No, need something different."

Those kinds of self- conversation with ambitions and emotions help us to build what we want. The ambitions stimulate us, to achieve the success. The emotions structure the mood of any kind of work, especially emotions that come from the heart.
Musicians, writers, artists -  they create the splendor of art, but in the different styles with the different tools.

The musicians use the combination of sound to compose the music. There are a lot of different interpretations of music. From these interpretations of sound, emotions come. Among them is the tempo, which is the speed of the song. If a song is sad, the tempo is often slower. If a song is meant to be happy, the tempo is quick and light.

Like the sounds, colors can carry on varieties of moods. An artist squeezes colors out of tubes on a thin slab where he/she lays and mixes them with all the colors of the rainbow. Warm colors highlight positive emotion that lightens the piece of art. Cool colors darken the piece and can form gloomy mood. But combinations of warm and cool colors can scale multi colorful tones that can shape an object or a subject. Shadows make these shapes real. The shadowing method is a major element of a combination of the warm and cool colors that structure the mood of the entire image. The same way a musician combines sounds that shape the musical mood.

The writers use the words to reveal a story, describe an action or illustrate an environment. Writers have the instinct of choosing the right words that will make a story more playfully, lovingly, dolefully, or curiously received by a reader. Writers are like the visual artists, they use the words as the paint brushes to paint the whole story.

Artist: Liubov Zolotilova
As a writer, an artist tells us a story of a moment that can show characters of heroes, portrays actions, or landscape of nature. Artists have an instinct how to lay out the colors that make the painting alive. This instinct of colors helps the artist to control the work process wisely. The artist doesn't throw messy spots of paint on a blank canvas, the artist puts a dark smear near another one which is lighter. Gradually, from dozens of strokes on canvas, a person's facial features or an animal's muzzle begins to loom, or an imaginative world becomes more surrealistic or photographic. With each stroke of the brush paintings become filled with the concept, just as each word in a story supplements the content.

Although, the processes are similar, but only paintings are not like any music, nor a book, because a picture shows only an instant. A melody flows and changes the rhythm continuously. An event that happened during a story constantly changes by every sentence. An artist chose the most wonderful or awful time of life that is worthy of perpetuation, or imagination expressions that come from the artist mind. And if the artist told Time, "Stop a moment!", the colors on the canvas start to capture all tones that the artist sees in that unique moment.

Hear Your Soul

The soul of man - is a person.
A balance of wisdom, love and dreams.
In the hearts of people - a soul
  Lives and wisely directs.

 Close your eyes.

 Come out from
 Shyness, scariness, sadness.
Shift it, breathe fresh air alone.

 Get your
 Braveness, assuredness;
 Happiness and love.

 Emotions aren't simple,
 But you control it hard.
 Create the life enjoyably
'Cause you are - your own bard.

 Relax; exhale, inhale...
 Find your balance of emotions.
 Clear your thoughts into emptiness.

 Your peace of mind,
 Should seem to be
As the surface of a smooth water.
 Noiseless, motionless, calmness.

 Close your eyes.

 Breathe; exhale, inhale...
 Feel that:
 In your mind,
 In your heart,
The mild sunrise, warm you inside.

 Listen to your soul.
 What does it tell you?

It is our missions in the world,
To be able to hear our souls.

Grandparents

I remember how I wrote letters to my grandparents in first grade; however, I never saw them in real life because they lived far away from me. With each envelope that they sent me back, I imagined their lives in my mind: what they looked like, what they like to do, what they were doing at that moment.

I was eight when I first met them.  We were a long way from my home, miles and miles, and I was coming closer to my grandparents by the train, then a bus, then another bus, and we were finally there. I remember the sound of the first knock knock on the decrepit, peeling green paint door, made of wood. I heard the sound of rustling on the floor, slow as a snail heading toward  the door, where I was standing with my parents. I was welcomed by a big smile without teeth, and he reached down and hugged me as a child hugs a first favorite toy.

My grandmother shouted, “ Who is it?”

I ran like a bullet, shouting in response " It’s me, It's me, me, me, me…!"

Her face, covered with wrinkles, still had the look of a child’s. I hugged her, and she smelled like a mix of  blackcurrant and mint, her favorite tea, which she made herself from plants in her backyard.

I took a look at them. My grandparents’ hair looked like clouds. Their eyes were blanketed like a thin sheet. They had small funny wrinkles coming out from the corners of the eyes that told about their good sense of humor. Grandfather’s cheeks were covered in two millimeters of facial hair, making him look like a kind wizard from some old-fashioned cartoon. Their silhouette, from the distance, looked like two old trees slightly bent from wind and rain but standing still and proudly. Overall, they looked every bit as kind and awesome as I had imagined them in my thoughts. They smiled at me with that smile that only people in their age can produce, and I started to bloom. I was so happy to see them that I almost forgot time and place. I laughed from happiness coming out of me, and to my parents, I shined like a tiny bright star.

I will remember them forever and keep those warm memories in my heart.
